We want you to love our products but if one has in any way disappointed you, you can return it for a refund within 30 days or purchase whether opened or not. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase at support@celezzana.com, and we will assist you with the return process.
At Celezzana, none of our ingredients nor our finished products are tested on animals. We do not sell in any countries that require animal testing. All our ingredients are vegan and cruelty free. We do not believe we need to test skincare on animals to make sure the product is safe.
Your order will be processed within 1-5 days of receipt and then shipped. Since we create small batches of product, we may need to make a new batch for your request to make sure your receive a quality product. If your product will be delayed past that 5 day window, we will send you an email to let you know.
At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. If you are outside this area and are interested in purchasing, contact us at support@celezzana.com. We would love to add new areas and will see if we can accommodate your request..
A list of the shipping costs will be provided here once these costs are noted. If a tracking number is provided with the package, an email will be sent to the customer with the tracking number once it is know.
